Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We hope you love your jewelry! If you’d like to make a change, exchanges or store credit are available within 7 days of delivery, under these conditions:

• Condition: Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original packagingwith tags/seals intact.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Custom-made, resized, or engraved pieces are also final sale.
• Store Credit: After inspection, a store credit will be issued (never expires) or an exchange arranged.
• Shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
